PAYMENT:

Your payment will be processed at checkout and items that are in stock will ship the next business day. A shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Local order pickup (32218) is available if offered for your item at no charge.


DECORATE ON DEMAND:

A pre-order production timeframe of 10 working days is required. Apparel, caps, bags, and accessories offer both shipping and order pickup while hard goods offer shipping only.


BULK PURCHASING:

Contact us for any product in the store or promotional product industry and receive special discount.


SHIPPING:

We accept and ship orders only within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates) via UPS, FedEx or USPS (3 - 5 business days ground).

RETURNS:

Products can be returned within 7 days for a full refund only because of a manufacturer's defect or if a mistake was made on our behalf. There is a 20% restocking fee on goods returned that are not in original or sellable condition. For any goods damaged in shipping, you must file a claim immediately with the shipment carrier.

We do not sell Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
